If you want beautiful feet.... you can not go anywhere and hang up your feet all day. OR you can still dive 3 x/day x 1 week every few months, go hiking, horseriding, surfing, bla bla bla, and still.... have beautiful feet:

Dr's nail/foot care -->

apply Diabetic foot care regime to yourself even if you do not have diabetes. Remove callouses with gentle scraping under direct visual supervision 1x / week, if your nails appear yellow or thicker than your toe then you need to use Miconazole/ Ketoconazole cream [yes cream not lotion because nails can absorb creams and it helps to keep it moisturized and healthy]... even if I do not have fungus, I still use Miconazole cream because 15g at Guardian $4, vs Sally Hansen Nail Quencher Hydrating nail creme $22 --> same moisturizing + additional antifungal effect. And after massaging your toenails, web, sole, use a body lotion to massage the rest of your feet, put on socks and go to sleep. Everyday. :) 

Additional additional notes:
From the Orthopod wanna-be in my life: Do NOT believe the salesperson when he says the shoes will grow to your feet's size after a few times. You will only grow hallux valgus sooner or later. And [if you knew this good for you, for those of us like me had to learn the hard way] wear in your new shoes at least once at home before going out at all. Just prance around your home with brand new shoes isnt that nice? That way you avoid blisters at all, because when your feet hurts, you take the shoes off and walk barefoot. Repeat.

Trattoria Lafiandra

Dear loyal followers, today has not been a good Sunday. The pancakes I ate for dinner [which I posted] will be added to the no-no list. Despite my hunger, I could still tell that it wasn't the greatest. And since I promised that everything here will be a recommendation, I have removed the pancake picture.

In any case, I also went to the Jewish Synagogue at Waterloo street first in order to try some Jewish food locally. In order to get there I went through a security check point, handed in my ID, was given a sticker for being allowed in. And in the lift, Kenon leaned onto the lift button panel, activated a Restricted Floor warning, made the lift shut down, [even the bloody lights went off I am serious! with the security guard's very stern voice saying "WHAT ARE YOU TRYING TO DO?"] and then... finally reached the Jewish restaurant to discover that they serve Chinese food.

Subsequently leaving Waterloo street, we went in search of something we KNEW was good. Which is... Trattoria Lafiandra, a very good Italian restaurant where the chef actually prepares the food in the outside kitchen where you can see, the Italian wines are very good. BUT!!!! They are fully booked AGAIN!!! arghhh!!!anyway, this is their phone number 6884 4035. It is located at the ground floor of the Singapore Arts Museum. [anyway this is the 3rd time that they are fully booked. Make sure you call in advance!]

Anyway, hope you had a better sunday. Mine was not all that bad though... Kenon bought me a new lipstick and himself a new gorgeous perfume to make up for things. SO. :D

Roxy square. Best neighbourhood jap restaurant in the east. Homely atmosphere, loud and comfortable. Good food. Fresh sashimi ask the chef to recommend whats new. 20 to 40 a person. Depends what you eat.

Cocotte, Wanderlust hotel

Sumptous French Food, homely ambience.
Totally different kinds of food from La Petit and Bistro du Vin, equally yummy. A fun place, but make sure u make a reservation because they're forever full, and opening hours are variable [depending on the chef's mood! ]

Try their mussels for appetizer, and beef for dinner. The chicken is highly popular but I'm not sure what's so good about it.

Yep you got that right, its CHILLI, real.
dessert's good, atmosphere is very romantic with crystal chandeliers and velvet cushions and food served in bell covers.

Food deliciousness i think it's 4/5. Just dont order the aged beef.

Discovered this little french cafe at the side of Shaw Lido at Orchard road. Fantastic atmosphere for hanging out with friends, you can be as loud as you like and enjoy good wine, good food and be happy.

Anyway, TWG - you MUST eat the CHEESECAKE with raspberry mousse or something like that. Ask for their signature cake. It's really awesome. The tea is good, as all good tea will be. :)

Amazing Graze Sunday Brunch at Oscar

went before the price hike last year. Think it's about 100-120/person for breakfast/ brunch buffet now. 180 /person for + free-flow champagne.

Greatly impressed by free flow foie gras, Iberico Ham [the whole leg is there!!!] Live canadian and Irish oysters [irish oysters greatly reminiscent of Bailey's cream!!] ... REALLY nice chocolates!! and sweets... free flow sparkling juice [unless u chose to drink champagne with brunch]... ah.....

but I think only for special occasions, although we sort of stumbled upon it without planning one lazy lazy sunday..... It's at millenia walk. :)

If you love Bratwurst and Pork knuckles and sauerkraut like me... this is a heavenly sunday brunch place. Very large portion [enough to combine both B/Faz and Lunch] and... reasonable pricing. Fantastic homely atmosphere... a FUN place. :)

And also if you really want to get into it, have a beer for breakfast like the Germans do, but... IT'S HUMUNGOUS! we had cider, almost got drunk on gigantic cider... man!

Tippling club

Some time last year.

MOLECULAR GASTRONOMY = GREAT food, but very small amounts and costs a bomb. Spent about 350 - 400dollars  for 2 and did not feel a tad full, went on to eat a burger afterwards.

GREAT alcohol cocktails, the best in singapore. Love the after dinner ?Jack something with XO Cognac. It's just awesome. And after all that drink, they'll give you a chocolate chip infusion for your hangover the next day. Real amazing, coz it works.

LOVE their PORK. Really awesome "sio bah" slow roast over 12hours. Just utterly melts in your mouth and the skin is uber crisp. Cant believe I will ever fall in love with pig skin, but I did. Truly.
