MOLECULAR GASTRONOMY = GREAT food, but very small amounts and costs a bomb. Spent about 350 - 400dollars for 2 and did not feel a tad full, went on to eat a burger afterwards.
GREAT alcohol cocktails, the best in singapore. Love the after dinner ?Jack something with XO Cognac. It's just awesome. And after all that drink, they'll give you a chocolate chip infusion for your hangover the next day. Real amazing, coz it works.
LOVE their PORK. Really awesome "sio bah" slow roast over 12hours. Just utterly melts in your mouth and the skin is uber crisp. Cant believe I will ever fall in love with pig skin, but I did. Truly.
