tom's palette ice cream
At shaw beach road complex. Gourmet ice cream with frontier flavours like sizzling chocolate, salted duck egg, and my favourite salted caramel cheesecake, horlicks. Still my favourite home made ice cream of all times. Quality assured. They just dun have durian, which is still best at scoops parkway parade.
