yoshimaro ramen at big splash east coast

 you must crush your own sesame, which liberates a really yummy smell ... then you pour it into your ramen below....
 This is the seaweed ramen with 2 charsiew. See the eggs and you know it's good stuff. Very authentic. Not sure but I think it is the Osaka type.
 This is flaming char siew, it's too much pork for me la... but it was still kinda fun to watch the flames go up.


Delicious ramen, sides are so so and very limited, but shop is ramen specialist.
