The original DB burger. With foie gras in the centre. The burger meat is really bigger than the buns. Impressive stuff. 
I ate the brunch for madame. They make the simplest things good. This is just a sandwich with ham and cheese but boy,. was it not JUST a sandwich....
And Daniel Boulud himself came out to eat at the next table...Celebrity chef Daniel Boulud's French burger, brunches, wine. 120 for two.
