mozza pizzeria at Marina Sands

 The meat platter, with Lardo [pure back-fat LARD seasoned to perfection], salami, and Parma Ham [sliced to such transparent deliciousness.. Ooh]

Wood fire pizza that is just perfect, thin crust made by this guy who spends ten minutes flipping the flour, so that it becames just slightly translucent before it goes into the furnace. Just the right combination of cheese, meats and bread. No way you can eat Pizza Hut after this.
  Moscato wine. Sweet, aromatic, just like soda. Enough said.


Really good authentic italian pizza. Also at marina sands, opposite theatre. Db is next door.
